If a tote is not scanned, you must enter a shortage OSD for it before the stop can be saved.
If you deliver more than the stop calls for, you must enter an overage OSD.
New OSD rules
66 Units now require a quantity and a photo.
40 Mispulls must be paired with a 85 or 86. Each needs a quantity and a note or photo.
Long-on-load items now ask for a quantity.
Server update, September 30
Safer stop saving. If the app sends the same stop twice, it is saved once. If two different versions of a stop arrive together, that stop is held back instead of one silently overwriting the other, and it is flagged for review.
Co-drivers and swaps. A stop saved by someone who isn't listed on the route is still saved, and it is flagged so the route assignment can be checked.
Practice mode. Trainers can run through a route without changing any real delivery data or sending customer emails.
Release notes in the app. The app can now link straight to these notes for the version you're running.
If the Save button doesn't respond
Something required is still missing on that screen, usually a quantity, note, or photo. Check each field before trying again.
